ABOUT ME
FAIYAZ H RATIN
I am Faiyaz H Ratin and I am from Bangladesh. This is my 2 years transformation story age 2017-2019... I was too fat about 90 kg. Everybody Used to make fun of me and ask me why I was too fat. That frustrated me a lot and I decided to make a change on 1st June 2017. I wasn’t able to do a single push up. After working too hard full June I was able to 10 push-ups. The next month on 1st July at first I made a workout file of mine, the first day I Started With 100 push-ups or more. After fulfilling my daily workout target I used to give a signature on my workout file. The most interesting thing was that I increased my push-up up to 300 push-ups and I also added 300 sit-ups. Besides all, I Used to maintain a hard diet. The diet was like I ate 1 kg cucumber and 1 kg carrot in my lunch and fruits in my dinner. I ate rice 1-2 days a week. Till 14 August everything was going in my favor and I had successfully lost 8 kg and I was 82 kg. Then suddenly, on 14 August an accident wounded me and my left leg wrenched badly and one of my bones displaced. The doctor prescribed me to take rest for 3-4 weeks. But The pain gave me more inspiration for my workout. After taking a rest for 2 days I prepared a one-sided Barbell, Which was about 17 kg. On 17 August I tried to lift the dumbell with my left hand, but unfortunately, it cracked. But the pain was nothing for me. The next day I intended to do something crazy because my craziness was at its best. I tried to do something new. The push up was like keeping my legs on a shoe shelf and keeping my hands on two Cans. That time my hand cracked again and the pain was too much. Day by day the pain was increasing. After 2 days I became very sick and senseless. I can remember when I opened my eyes I saw that I was in the hospital and I was sitting in a wheelchair. Then one month passed. My weight Reached 84 and my body shape was totally spoiled. Once I thought of quitting everything but I didn’t want to be a loser. I started everything from the beginning on 1st November. I started with push up, situp, jogging, skipping, and maintaining a hard diet.1-year pass, I have successfully lost about 20 kg(44 pounds) now I am 72 kg(158 pounds) and I have a good body shape. The most motivational thing is I wasn’t able to do SINGLE PUSH-UP now I can do 50 push-ups In a row, I have the ability to do 10-15 one-hand pushups and the ability to do WALL HANDSTAND push-up and I also can do 40 different types of push-ups. I never joined the gym during this transformation. Recently I have joined the gym for about 2 months. I got inspiration from my eldest brother and youtube. My family supported me a lot. If they didn’t support me I couldn’t do anything. I am very grateful to them.
